The Technical Support team has been working in recent weeks on a new enhancement that some of our parish priests had requested from the Ecclesiared programming team to improve the administration of each parish and facilitate access to information on paid invoices.
In order to help in the accounting of the invoices generated in Ecclesiared, the Technical Department of Ecclesiared has created a specific module in which from now on all the invoices generated by the use of the parish and diocesan management software to date can be contemplated.
In this way, users of each parish who have the role of “parish administrators” will be able to access this tab called “Invoices” in the left menu to view and download any invoice that Ecclesiared’s Administration Department has posted in their parish or Diocese.
In addition, this module will also allow the user to filter by date, thus being able to easily locate and download invoices within a certain time range.
With this improvement, keeping invoices up to date, finding out if there are any unpaid invoices from the parish or printing invoices for the quarter will be a much easier task for our thousands of parish priests who use Ecclesiared.
