How it works

From Ecclesiared we offer parishes and the faithful a convenient and simple way to obtain their certificates. Save time, money and unnecessary trips.

Fill out the application form

Any parishioner can apply for a match to any parish in the world that uses Ecclesiared by filling out a simple form and proving their identity with their Identity Card.

Pay the certificate to the parish online

In order to complete the request for an item to a parish, the parishioner must pay by credit card the amount of the document. Once paid, the parish will receive the official request for the document.

Receive your document by email

After receiving the parishioner's departure request, the parish must upload the document to the platform to unlock the payment. When it does, the parishioner will automatically receive by email and whatsapp the document and the parish the income.

15 days deadline

The parish has 15 days to send the document to the parishioner. If after that time you have not received the document, the parish will automatically refund the amount paid on the day the request was made.
