An engineer with a master’s degree in Information Technology Management, a specialist in technical support and help desk services, and a permanent deacon of the Archdiocese of Santiago de los Caballeros, Domingo Eduardo Castillo combines his professional experience with a deep vocation to serve the Church. His background in technology management and digital transformation, along with his pastoral commitment, has enabled him to understand how innovation can strengthen communication, communion, and the evangelizing mission. Convinced that technology must be at the service of people and the Church, he drives initiatives that facilitate the digitization of pastoral processes and promote a Church that is more accessible, participatory, and committed to proclaiming the Gospel in the Dominican Republic.
