Thanks to Ecclesiared, sacramental records can be located and managed quickly and securely, making it possible to search for, retrieve, and issue baptism, marriage, and confirmation certificates in just a matter of seconds, significantly reducing response times and delivering a faster and more efficient service.
In addition to strengthening the preservation of documentary heritage, the digitization that the Church is implementing across its dioceses and parishes through Ecclesiared enables more organized information management, enhances data security, and optimizes the work of parish offices, allowing priests and parish staff to devote more time to pastoral ministry and accompanying their communities.
With this implementation, the Apostolic Vicariate of Zamora joins the growing number of Ecuadorian dioceses and vicariates that have already placed their trust in Ecclesiared to advance their digital transformation in recent years.
