The Ecclesiared Technical Support team has announced the implementation of a new adjustment to the renowned parish and diocesan management software. From now on, parish priests will be able to grant specific permissions to their users within the Finance module, thus allowing them to access certain treasuries within the economic module.
This improvement responds to one of the most frequent requests from parishes, as it facilitates more secure and organized management of financial information. Thanks to this update, each parish priest will be able to define more precisely which users have access to certain treasuries, thus ensuring greater control and transparency in the financial administration of the community.
How to change a user’s permissions within the Finance module?
Priests who wish to activate or hide any of the treasuries registered in the Finance module for a user can do so by simply accessing the Users module and editing the specific user they wish. Once there, we can see that the Finance module now has a new option that allows us not only to grant access to the entire module, but also to activate or deactivate specific treasuries for that user.
