In a new development to further facilitate ecclesiastical administrative processes, Ecclesiared software has announced a major upgrade that will significantly facilitate the way users can upload and manage their digital signature on the platform.
From now on, pastors, parish secretaries and other users registered on the platform will be able to incorporate their signature into the system more intuitively and quickly, eliminating unnecessary steps and reducing errors. Thanks to this improvement, the signing of ecclesiastical certificates (such as baptism, confirmation, marriage or death certificates, among others) can be done quickly and securely directly from the platform.
Three options to upload the signature
The new functionality will now allow users to upload their signature through three options:
1.- Draw a signature

This option allows the user to draw a signature directly with the mouse. In this way, the user will be able to make his signature in a box that will be enabled on the screen.
2.- Signing on a cell phone via a QR code
This second option allows the user to scan a QR code from their cell phone to, in this case, enable in that same device a box where you can draw the signature directly with your own finger.
3.- Upload the signature
This third option is the default option of the program and allows the user to upload a document in jpg or png format in which the signature has already been scanned.
