The Prelature of Illapel implements Ecclesiared to modernize its parish administration

In an important step towards the modernization and optimization of its services, the Prelature of Illapel has implemented the Ecclesiared parish management platform. This technological advance will allow the pastors and the administration of the Prelature to have an integral system for the administrative management of the parishes, improving the organization and efficiency in all its communities for the benefit of its faithful.

The Ecclesiared platform offers a series of tools that facilitate the administration of sacraments, the management of archives and the organization of parish activities, among others. Thanks to this implementation, parish priests will be able to quickly and securely access all the information of their communities, simplifying processes such as searching for and issuing certificates, planning celebrations, communication, finances and event coordination.

The objective of this modernization promoted by Monsignor Julio Larrondo Yáñez is to strengthen pastoral service, allowing the Prelature to dedicate more time to the spiritual attention of its faithful. The digitalization of these administrative processes is part of the Chilean Prelature’s commitment to be at the forefront and to respond quickly and efficiently to the needs of its communities. With the software, obtaining ecclesiastical documents will be easier, as will protecting and preserving the history of all its parishes.

The integration of Ecclesiared by the Prelature follows the path of digitization that many other Chilean dioceses have been following in recent years. Dioceses such as Villarrica, the Archdiocese of Puerto Montt, the Diocese of San Bernardo, the Diocese of Linares, the Diocese of Santa María de los Ángeles, the Diocese of Punta Arenas, among many others, already offer, thanks to Ecclesiared, a more organized and accessible pastoral service, demonstrating their firm commitment to the Digital Era of the Church and to their communities.
