The Archdiocese of Paraná has taken a very important step towards modernising its ecclesiastical management by joining the Ecclesiared platform, the parish and diocesan management software that helps parish priests and lay people around the world to benefit from the benefits of technology.
With its rich history and unwavering commitment to the faith, the decision to implement parish management software represents a momentous milestone for the Archdiocese led by Monsignor Juan Alberto Puiggari as it reaffirms its commitment to the digitalisation that the Church is currently undergoing.
From now on, parish priests will be able to locate and print any ecclesiastical document in just a few seconds, thus not only saving work time in the parishes, but also reducing waiting times for the faithful who request documents. In addition, the digitisation of the Archdiocese will also serve to protect and safeguard for life the parish archives of all the parishes in the jurisdiction, thus preserving the history of the Church.
The software implementation process is already underway, with a team of experts led by Ángeles Trucchia, Country Manager of Ecclesiared in Argentina, already working closely with the Archdiocese to ensure a successful implementation of the software. It is expected that in the coming months, all parishes of the Archdiocese will be fully digitised and operational on the new system.
This exciting news marks a milestone in the long history of the Archdiocese of Parana and shows its continued commitment to adapting to the changing needs of its community. As we move into the digital age, the church strives to stay connected to the present, and the entry into Ecclesiared is certainly testament to that.
